Delrisha White, Principal Consultant
Delrisha White is a dynamic social impact leader who confronts educational inequity, racial, and socioeconomic injustice through education and storytelling. Her life’s work is a culmination of her experience growing up in a family impacted by poverty, as well as the criminal justice and child welfare systems. Delrisha uses storytelling to facilitate critical conversations that promote healing and enlightenment. She is adept at training organizational leaders in leading from a racial equity lens.
Delrisha sits on the board of Pact Adoption Alliance where she supports transracial-blended families experiencing the foster-adoption system(s). She is a proud aunt, Bay Area native, and graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Education where she earned her master degree in Education Policy and Management as well as the Intellectual Contribution Award.
Christian Henley, Chief Impact Officer
Christian Henley harbors a deep passion for purpose excavation. He holds a firm belief that access is the key to change and as an Oprah Scholar and graduate of Morehouse College, Christian has long dedicated himself to being an agent of change at the intersection of art and politics. An early state-sanctioned separation between Christian and his mother shaped his life’s work in self-empowerment, social equity, and education.
As a Los Angeles native often described as having the "Gift of Gab” Christian spends his creative efforts in the “Talk” space, hosting YouTube series’ and a podcast. He is a proud graduate of Morehouse College and The University of Southern California.
Ja’nai Spain, Communications Manager
Ja’nai Spain is a fierce advocate for social equity. Having grown up in the California foster care system, she has firsthand experience encountering state-sanctioned family separation and exploitation. This experience has informed her understanding of systemic racism that permeates public institutions. Navigating these life circumstances has been the catalyst for Ja’nai’s deep self-work and community activism. Ja’nai is an equity warrior who uses her love for communications to educate people on the impact of systemic injustice. Her approach to leadership is fearless and audacious.
When not leading a communications strategy or rooting for the underdog on the frontlines, she enjoys playing board games with loved ones in her Bay Area hometown.
Chelsea Costanza, Curriculum Development Manager
Chelsea Costanza is a passionate advocate for justice, equity, and empowerment of marginalized communities. Committed to dismantling oppressive systems and structures, Chelsea coaches white people on nonviolent communication strategies as a response to racism through a pro-Black lens. Chelsea’s upbringing in California’s foster care system has allowed her to build relationships with communities across cultural, racial, and socioeconomic lines.
In addition to Chelsea’s anti-racism activism, she is a body-positive influencer encouraging people in all bodies to love themselves relentlessly. Chelsea is known among friends as a realist, comedian, and loving cat mom.
