“What’s the problem with being “not racist”? It is a claim that signifies neutrality: “I am not a racist, but neither am I aggressively against racism.” But there is no neutrality in the racism struggle. The opposite of ‘racist’ isn’t ‘not racist.’ It is ‘antiracist.’”

“Delrisha delivers messages that leave her audience in a position of power. She knows her audience and has the ability to curate messages that not only engage but inspire one to be a better version of themselves. She tackles issues like race and justice in a thoughtful, candid, and honest way. I've had the pleasure of hearing her speak on numerous occasions and in every setting, her message resonates in the hearts and minds of the people, regardless of the audience. Her oratory abilities don't play it safe, they are brave, brilliant, and downright captivating.“

“Despite these being remote virtual sessions via Zoom, Delrisha really brought them to life and made me feel that she was right in the room with us! This talent was very helpful in opening people up further and driving even more stimulating & productive discussions. Well done!”

- Matanyah Seguev, Chief People Officer

“Using her unmatched facilitation skills, Delrisha develops C-Suite level executives as leaders and helps them approach their own biases in hopes of creating better a work culture. I consulted Delrisha on a project designing equitable suspension alternatives for students across the state in Arizona. The presentation was a hit!
